FAQ

  1. We only sell to cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, F&B operators and other business customers on this site.
  2. We do not sell directly to retail customers on this site. Retail customer please visit Coffee Roasters Asia online store.
  3. Minimum order is HK$1000.
  4. Payment accept: Bank transfer, Visa, Master, Alipay, Payme, FPS.
  5. Shipment lead time around 5-7 business days.
  6. We ship all orders by S.F. Express, GoGoVan, or LaLaMove, or other selected couriers. Customers pay for shipping charges.
  7. Customers can pick up orders at our Aberdeen office during business hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
